Kemerovo Municipal Staff arrived to Sayanogorsk for best Practices

The Yurga municipal personnel (Kemerovo region) took their interest in operation of company “Yeniseivodokanal”. Cheryomushki and Maina are the settlements supplied with fresh water that is treated by means of plant “Aquachlor-500” designed for drinking water and drains disinfection. Cold water is disinfected with chlorine gas that needs for special safety measures to be strictly observed during transportation, storage and utilization. The chlorine tanks stockpiled close to the settlements constitute a threat for inhabitants and environment and in the event of escape might be toxic hazardous. “Aquachlor-500” is used for water treatment by the method of sodium chloride electrolysis. Both drink and drain waters may be treated without chlorine, but with oxidant disinfecting agents.
