Sayanogorsk Inhabitants will drink Chlorine-Free Water

In Sayanogorsk, like in Maina and Cheryomushky, both drink and drain waters will be disinfected by means of state-of-the-art technological process without use of chlorine. Plant "Aquachlor-500" is used for water treatment by the method of sodium chloride electrolysis, where water is disinfected with oxidant disinfecting agents. As compared with the chlorination plants, system "Aquachlor-500" is rather efficient and safe. The Sayanogorsk press-service authorities reported that settlement Maina had being supplied with alternatively treated waters for two years. As for Cheryomushky, the communal services have already applied the pilot project this year. Today, Sayanogorsk authorities assigned their means and opened bidding for the project works with respect to mounting of "Aquachlor" at the municipal filtering station.
