Sayanogorsk Municipal Services Drink Water and Drains will be treated without Chlorine

The Sayanogorsk municipal press service says: “Plant “Aquachlor-500” is designed for treatment of water by the method of sodium chloride electrolysis with the oxidants produced for the purpose of water disinfection. As compared with the chlorination plants, system “Aquachlor-500” is more efficient and harmless.

In Maina, the municipal services water has being alternatively treated for two years. As for Cheryomushky, the new technology has been already tested this year. The Sayanogorsk authorities appropriated funds and opened bidding for the mounting of “Aquachlor” at the municipal filter station.
