Сommunity services of Urga interested in operation of Khakasia water treatment station

Modern technology of drinking water treatment and disinfection – AQUACHLO-500 device – is applied in Cheremushki and Maina settlements. Before chlorine gas was used for cold water disinfection which required observance of special safety measures during transportation, storage and usage. Chlorine tanks stored close to settlements posed a threat of poisoning of people and environment in case of leakage.

AQUACHLOR-500 device operates by electrolysis method using white salt. Process of drinking and wastewater disinfection is carried out without use of chlorine, by means of the oxidants which destroy microorganisms. Such water is absolutely safe for health. Sayanogorsk community services shared their experience. Urga community services had opportunity to see and be certain of economy and safety of water disinfection alternative.
