Aquachlor-30
AQUACHLOR consists of two units:
- electrochemical unit (weight – 15 kg, dimensions – 25x43x97 cm);
- brine preparation unit (weight – 25 kg, dimensions – 43x85x120 cm);
- Total weight of supply set: 40 kg.
Connecting:
- to pressure water line with water temperature from +2 to +35°Ñ under pressure from 2 to 6 bar;
- to electric power of 220 V and 50 Hz (110 V, 50/60 Hz);
- to brine tank equal to daily consumption (not less than 10 l) by way of flexible tubing 10 meters in length, at that maximal size of brine tank is not limited;
- to catholyte collecting tank equal to daily production of catholyte by AQ-30 (not less than 10 l).
Supply set:
- device consisting of electrochemical unit, brine preparation unit fixed on a platform equipped with brine preparation tank (40 l);
- oxidants collecting tank (60 L);
- 5% hydrochloric acid tank (10 L);
- connecting tubing;
- reducer;
- valves.

* - controllable variation of hourly consumption of oxidants solution is possible by way of respective variation of it’s concentration, controllable variation of oxidants is possible by way of current strength adjustment.
** - taken outside the room through flexible tubing or dispersed in the air, represents no danger.
