Aquachlor-500

AQUACHLOR consists of two units:

electrochemical unit (weight – 50 kg, dimensions – 35x63x185 cm);
brine preparation unit (weight – 25 kg, dimensions – 43x120x120 cm);
Total weight of supply set: 95 kg.

Connecting:

to pressure water line with water temperature from +2 to +35°С under pressure from 2 to 6 bar;
to electric power of 220 V and 50 Hz (110 V, 50/60 Hz);
to brine tank of 40 L in volume by way of flexible tubing;
to catholyte collecting tank equal to daily production of catholyte by AQ-100 (not less than 30 L).

Supply set:

device consisting of electrochemical unit, brine preparation unit fixed on a platform equipped with brine preparation tank (60 L);
oxidants collecting tank (60 L);
5% hydrochloric acid tank (10 L);
connecting tubing;
reducer;
valves.
