Safety
Estrangement zone is not required around premises where AQUACHLOR devices are installed and operate.
It is recommended to install the device in standard chlorination premises or in any premises equipped with heating, combined extract and input ventilation with one change of air in the premises volume per hour.
Safe operation of AQUACHLOR devices and no risk of poisoning of personnel and environment by uncontrolled atmospheric emission of gaseous mixed oxidants are guaranteed by the small amount of gaseous products of electrolysis (less than 100 ml in one AQ-500) which under pressure of 0,8 to 1,2 kgf/cm2 during operation of the device are supplied through fluoroplastic tubing through pressure regulator to ejector mixer where they dissolve in water (passing through the device) and turn into aqueous solution of mixed oxidants with concentration of 0,5-1,5 g/l.
Technology of synthesis of gaseous mixed oxidants in AQUACHLOR devices excludes possibility of its’ collecting and storing. AQUACHLOR’s reactor
seal failure results in immediate stop of gaseous oxidants production.
