AQUACHLOR devices are supplied as an electrochemical unit. Connecting tubing, reducer, valves are included. The following items can be supplied additionally together with AQ-30, AQ-50, AQ-100 and AQ-500 devices at the customer’s option:

brine preparation tank (40 l) (right);
oxidants collecting tank (60 l) with level sensor switching the device off when the tank is full and on when the tank is empty (left);
tank for 5% hydrochloric acid solution used for de-scaling of electrochemical reactors without shutting the device down by way of switching over brine supply to hydrochloric acid supply (under the device).

When AQUACHLORs are being installed at the large sites with high output capacity the customer should independently purchase brine preparation and storage tanks, oxidants collecting tank, hydrochloric acid tank. The tanks should be assembled individually.

Salt storage, brine preparation and storage tanks, hydrochloric acid tank, catholyte collecting tank are placed outside the chlorination room at the specially equipped area. Bahamas, Nassau, 2006.
